Printed














This morning I finished carving the first block for my picture book dummy. And right away I printed it!



























Here it is- Ta-da!
















Now I have to wait several days for it to dry before painting it. To keep myself from going crazy waiting, sometimes I do a small computer print of the black and white and play around with colored pencils planning out the colors.
Now on to the next page....

    Oh, FUN! It's so lively and engaging... just what one would want for a book illustration! I want to go up that road into the mountains.

    Thank you Sherrie & Brooke! My husband says he wants to live in the building with the antenna on the top floor. :)

    It must be so frustrating waiting for something so temptingly gorgeous to dry! I'm with Sherrie - half way up the mountain already :)
